Welcome to Yoga is Medicine, a transformative 60-minute session designed to help you tune into your body and connect with the healing power of yoga. As the sun rises on this peaceful Friday morning, we invite you to start your day with intention and awareness.

$49/ month: Includes the Visioning and Alignment sessions in Skool.
- 2 sessions a month + yoga weekly, recorded meditations in Skool and more!
