Somatic Lab
Twice weekly live embodied resilience sessions designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate deeper self-awareness through compassionate practice.
Inside Somatic Lab we:
begin with 3-word check-ins
explore breath and breath awareness
practice grounding and centering
move through Phoenix Rising-style yoga and somatic inquiry
shake, twist, tap, roll, stretch, soften, and reconnect
build awareness from sensation rather than performance
learn to pause and listen inward
create safety from the inside out
strengthen our connection to self, body, breath, and presence
This is not about doing it perfectly. It is about learning to be with yourself differently. Over time, the body begins to remember: balance, connection, regulation, compassion, resilience

Weekly Group Coaching
Twice weekly coaching calls give you a grounded, compassionate space to process what's actually going on, not just what's on the surface. We work with nervous system education, emotional processing, leadership support, relational awareness, and embodied self-leadership.
Together, we explore how your nervous system patterns are shaping everything, your stress, your relationships, your boundaries, your leadership, your capacity, and your ability to heal without burning out in the process. This is sustainable transformation.. not temporary motivation.
